The Green Fields Legacy-Box Set

(Released in 2003)

 

In 2003, following the release of such Mayfield compilations as Foundations & The Best of The Mayfields, Green Field Records designed a much more comprehensive project focused on the Mayfields-a 5-disk box set. This album includes selections from all of their albums previously released as well as a large selection of previously unreleased recordings, including some that reach back as far as 1953.
